I wasn't very happy with the first one ordered it had the wrong name and a difference in the ears I didn't know it could of been returned but I thought at my cost so I gave it to a charity again at my cost ,as I'd ordered it for my great granddaughter I ordered a different one which I received today and I'm really pleased with it and I know she will love it.it worked out expensive so I won't be ordering again.
